Oribe Balmessence Lip Treatment Review

Hey Beauties! Today im going to talk about one of the most expensive lip balms i have ever bought and if im honest i dont regret it at all! If you didnt know about Oribe before they are an extremely luxurious brand that focuses mainly on haircare from shampoos and conditioners to hair styling products but within the last year they launched their first beauty range which included the Balmessence Lip Treatment. I had read a lot about this lip balm and apparently its a favourite of celebrity makeup artists but isnt everything “a favourite of makeup artists” these days haha…

First Thoughts on Glossier – UK Launch!

Hey Beauties! So after a few long months of wondering when Glossier will launch in the UK we finally found out and that day is today!! Glossier is the brainchild of Emily Weiss creator of the blog “In The Gloss”  If you haven’t heard of Glossier, they describe their brand as a – “new way of thinking about (and shopping for) beauty products. Because “beauty” should be fun, easy, imperfect, and personal. Above all, we believe that you give life to products-products don’t breathe life into you.” Since its inception Glossier was only available to those of you “lucky” people who…

GlamGlow has Launched a Power Rangers GravityMud Mask!

Hey Beauties! If you were anything like me when you were young, you were obsessed with the Power Rangers I mean what 90’s kid didn’t love the Power Rangers. My mum told me that when I was young it was the only show I would sit down and watch without moving (As you can maybe tell i was a little hyper child haha) When I heard that GlamGlow were launching a limited edition version based on my favourite childhood show I honestly had a little nerd freak out haha. It helps that the limited edition was with one of my…

NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser Review

Hey Beauties! Its not often that i find myself wearing much makeup these days, i feel like my whole idea on makeup has changed quite a lot lately it was always my way of thinking as a makeup artist but never for myself. I have always been a firm believer in you never need a really thick heavy foundation because it removes everything from your face making it look like a mask, that’s not something i ever enjoyed doing on people. When doing makeup your base specifically i would always do a light coverage all over this way you still…

Save or Splurge: Real Techniques 301 Bold Metals vs Makeup Revolution Ultra Metals …

Hey Beauties! I feel like its been so long since i have done a Save or Splurge post. When i was in superdrug recently I found out that the Real Techniques 301 Bold Metals and the Makeup Revolution Ultra Metals Contour Brush look pretty much the same…..but do they perform the same? Both brushes are what is called a flat top contour brush, these basically give you a really defined contour because the brush itself is really densely packed. I like the fact that both look very high end and feel very luxe in the hand i do feel the Real Techniques…

Products I Regret Buying

Hey Beauties! I dont usually do these types of posts but i thought why not seeing as i constantly talk about how amazing products are, i thought for once i might talk about the products that disappointed me in one way or another. I dont usually come across products that i dont like that much as im rather obsessive about finding out about products before buying them but here i think these were kind of impulsive purchases. This was definitely impulsive as it wasnt cheap i think i paid around £25+! I had tried the shampoo of the Marula Oil…

Must Have Makeup Brushes

Hey Beauties! When you’re starting out with makeup knowing what makeup brush does what can be a bit mind-boggling, so I thought I would list my must have makeup brushes, what they do and how I use them You might find that with makeup brushes the packaging might say its say for example a concealer brush, but it might be used for something completely different like laying down eyeshadow or filling in your lips. I use a variety of different brushes from high-end brands to high street. Right now my favourite brand for brushes is Real Techniques as they offer…
