Hey Beauties! Kiko has slowly become one of my favourite brands, I don’t know about you but I will always have a lot of time for brands that can create really high quality product but at an affordable price. I recently got to try out the new collection for summer aptly called “Wanderlust” if you dont know what wanderlust is its a very strong or irresistible impulse to travel. So being a summer collection i thought it was a perfect name! I’m so glad that Kiko is more readily available in the UK, a standalone store recently opened on Buchanan Street in…

Lancome Christmas Collection 2015 Review

Hey Beauties! Today i wanted to talk about this gorgeous collection from Lancome, even though Christmas is over an done with we still need to speak about how beautiful this collection is. To be honest i hadn’t even heard of this collection…bad i know but i did come to know of it because i won a giveaway on twitter of this collection. The 2015 Christmas Collection was inspired by the poetry and the colours of a secret Parisian garden hidden behind the Lancome House’s majestic golden doorways during a mysterious winter’s night. You’ll find that the key shades of this…

Illamasqua Vintage Metallix in Courtier Review

Hey Beauties! Its been quite a while since i have posted about an Illamasqua product, just lately i feel like Illamasqua has lost what once made them stand out from the crowd but today i just had to post about this new product thats from the collection “Once” for Autumn/Winter 2014. Meet the Vintage Metallix in Courtier, a soft dusky rose with pink and gold shimmer. I have to admit this isn’t the most daring crazy product but it makes a great base for eye shadows, its one of those nude coloured products that will even out the eyelids and also…

Tom Ford Cream Colour for Eyes in Spice Review

Hey Beauties!  I love these Cream Colour for Eyes by Tom Ford as they come in a variety of different colours and are perfect as bases for your eyeshadows or can be used as an eyeshadow by itself. Pigmentation and Colour I specifically love this colour (Spice) because its such a perfect colour for autumn as its a really warm bronzy tone, you can use it in either thinly on the lids as a simple base to hold other shadows to it but it can also be used more thickly as an actual eyeshadow. I love this colour as well…

Cream Eyeshadow Bases from Drugstore to Luxury

Hey Beauties! I was asked on twitter to more posts to help people find some good products across the range from drugstore to luxury so i thought i would do this post today on Cream Bases/Eyeshadows. Bases are used to either even out the lids before eyeshadow application, control oil on the lids or to add more colour before applying eyeshadow. Usually i will use a base either nude or coloured just to make sure the eyeshadow sticks better and also to make sure its more true to colour it also helps to make your makeup last long as you…

New CID Cosmetics Review

Hey Beauties! I received these products last week and have been trying them out and to be honest I quite like them. New CID Cosmetics seems to be quite a relatively new brand, I’ve not seen much hype about their products but i have to admit they are of good quality. I received a selection of their products ranging from eye products to face products and lips! I had heard a bit about these products from Pampered Prince (Andy) who has written a blog post on the Primer because I had gotten mine and thought it sounded awesome. From Left to Right: i-gel- Granite, Graphite, Carbon i-bronze…

Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Eyeshadow Review

I am a little late on getting those this, Ive had these a while and i wanted to wait till I had the chance to use them before I would review them. Ive had these since May i think and i have used them a few times on photoshoots as bases quite similar to the Illamasqua Cream Pigments but i feel they are quite different as they set on you put them on the lid. I had bought the colours: Permanent Taupe Eternal Gold Endless Purple Turquoise Forever The consistency is that of a Paint Pot but these feel more like a gel liner than…
